Our Helpline staff is available to provide information/referrals over the phone or to schedule an appointment for an individual assessment. "24 hours a day, 7 days a week."

Who could benefit form this new service?
- Any adult who is in mental health crisis and feels that he/she may need inpatient stabilization.
- Healthcare professionals who have a voluntary patient in need of a mental health evaluation to determine the appropriate level of care.
- Any individual who has an urgent need for professional guidance regarding treatment options
Other key points to know about the Assessment Center!
- The mental health assessments are done by skilled, qualified master’s level clinicians.
- Our trained staff will determine the appropriate level of care that is needed, i.e. inpatient or outpatient treatment and if the situation is a crisis or not.
- Our staff will verify mental health benefits and provide a referral to a program that will meet your needs.
- If Florida Hospital is not a participating provider for your insurance, we'll then research the appropriate providers for you.

Inpatient Treatment
We have four inpatient units that include the following; Intensive Treatment Unit North, Intensive Treatment Unit South, Progressive Treatment Unit and a Psychiatric Medical Unit.
Outpatient Treatment
Our team of Staff Psychiatrists provides services ranging from initial evaluations to medication management. Each physician works closely with a variety of qualified therapists in our area to provide continuity of care. |
